Description of Service
Deeply is an educational platform offering interactive lessons, challenges, reflection exercises, and progress tracking to support personal growth and habit change. Features include a hearts system, XP/points, lesson content, and optional Pro features.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Deeply. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or guardian’s permission.
Accounts & Authentication

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Subscriptions and Billing
Certain features require a paid subscription processed by a third-party provider. Our plans are subject to change with reasonable notice. Taxes may apply.
By starting a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via the billing portal accessible from your account. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

You may submit content as part of reflections, responses, or personalization inputs (including variables and progress data). You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the service.
Deeply and its licensors own all platform materials (including courses, lessons, challenges, software, and branding). These are provided for your personal, non-commercial use subject to these terms.
